Betting responsibly

Bet4kast is for adults (18+). We show probabilities so you can make careful decisions, and that includes deciding not to bet.

• Decide a monthly amount you can afford to lose, and stop when it's gone.
• Never borrow, and never use money for rent, food, school fees or debts.
• Never chase losses with bigger bets. A "sure" bet doesn't exist.
• Accumulators (many matches in one ticket) look exciting but lose far more often: five 70% picks together win only about 17% of the time.
• Take regular breaks. Betting should never be a way to make a living.

Warning signs

Hiding betting from family, feeling anxious when you're not betting, betting to win back losses, or borrowing to bet. If any of these sound familiar, please stop and talk to someone you trust.

Take a break on Bet4kast

In Account › Take a break you can hide all picks for 1 day, 7 days, 30 days or 6 months. It can't be undone early. Most bookmakers also offer deposit limits and self-exclusion in their settings.
